‘I looked my best in my early 30’s but it seemed to be a downhill slide after that. My skin had lost its elasticity. Everything seemed to be sagging. I looked old before my time’ says Zena Edgar, a Peter Arnstein patient on Extreme Makeover UK.

Zena underwent surgery to her brow, lower two thirds of her face, neck and eyelids. She also had fillers around her mouth to left her lips at the corner and nose surgery to remove the bump. Although her surgery went out live to millions of viewers she was always confident in her surgeon and is delighted with her results.
