Holly Knot, 27 from Tunbridge Wells, Kent was fed up with waiting for nature to take its course and barely filled a 3AA cup bra. It never happened.

Holly’s treatment was carried out at the McIndoe Surgical Centre she says ‘My bust increased to a large C cup – and it was worth every penny’. Delighted with her new womanly figure on a trip to Le Mans in France to see the motor racing she couldn’t resist whipping off the sports bra in favour of a turquoise bikini. Holly commented ‘It felt great to finally feel and look like a woman’.
