Tattoo removal

This can be achieved, with success dependent on the colouring in the tattoo, by several laser treatments. However if the tattoo is small there is a very effective alternative. One minor operation under local anaesthetic in the outpatient department can surgical remove the tattooed skin. Larger areas may require a general anaesthetic and skin grafting depending on the size.

You may feel that one single procedure is more convenient than several visits for laser.
