The Nursing Times Top 100 survey celebrates the very best in nursing employment practice including: strong nursing leadership, flexible and family-friendly practices, openness and ability to listen to staff, level of staff involvement, training, development and mentorship. The survey includes both the NHS and the independent healthcare sector.
“This is a tremendous achievement which reflects extremely well on your employment practices and as a reflection of how your employees feel about their place of work,” wrote Nursing Times Editor Rachel Downey in her congratulations letter to the hospital.
